ON FS: 1997 mazda 626 $1000 (good winter beater)

we just got a new CX-7 and the millenia is staying so even tho i have my license and i sorta need a car, my parents want to sell my dad's 626
so here are the details,

its a 1997 silver 626
260,000 km's (mostly hwy)
cloth interior,
body is in decent condition, a bit of rust, nothing too bad,
rebuilt transmission with approx. 40,000 km's on it,
new timing belt,
new brakes,
mechanically it is in good shape.
tires are fine, but in the next year or so, new ones would be a good idea
will pass e-test, in-fact, i think it still has a valid one,
only needs a windshield for safety ($160-ish)

driving on the hwy, my dad got about 550+ km's to the tank, even in the winter.

any work needed was done by my dad himself as he is a mazda master technician, he works at mazda and has for the past 20 years.
we got the CX-7 on sunday, so the car has not been sitting for long.

and like it says in the tittle, the price is $1000
we are located near downtown brampton

"should've updated sooner, waaaaay sooner, but it is sold"

4 or 6 cylinder? how many owners and how long did you have it? what octane grade does it need?

it is 4 cylinder, im not sure how many owners, ill ask my dad and get back to you on that.
we have had it for the past 4 or 5 years. when we got it, it needed a transmission so my dad just ordered a rebuilt one from mazda and put it in.
it takes regular octane gasoline.
