Now an official JIC dealer!
After some negotiations at the SEMA show, DPE is pleased to announce that we're now officially a JIC dealer! JIC makes several parts for the RX-8 already, and is coming out with more very soon.
- In addition to their flagship FLT-A2 coilovers, JIC will also be offering their FLT-A1 model starting in about March of 2006. This coilover shares the same architecture as the FLT-A2, but goes to a twin-tube damper with 9 clicks of adjustability. They should be a very nice setup and will finally give RX-8 owners a mid-priced coilover to fill in between the $725 models and the $1400+ varieties.
- JIC currently offers three exhaust systems for the RX-8, including a full-stainless version, a stainless version with titanium tips, and the amazing full-titanium model. The full-Ti version weighs a mere 16.5lbs (we weighed it ourselves), and flows quite well with its massive 80mm piping.
- They will also be offering a couple different types of chassis braces, as well as various adjustable suspension arms to give you more flexibility with alignment and superior strength and flex-resistance vs. the OEM parts. The suspension arms are primarily designed for racing applications.
Anyway, we now have a set of the 'soft' (8kg/5kg springs F/R) FLT-A2 coilovers and a full-Ti exhaust available for the RX-8 at amazing prices. Buy them together and the deal gets even better! Please PM or email sales@dpeweb.com for pricing.

Same answer as the HKS question; I assume they make their own shocks. Given JIC will do custom valving and rebuilding, at least on the FLT-A2 Monotube stuff, I thought they must be the ones making them? But I don't know that for a fact. Happy to look into it more if you're wondering, or if you have more info than I do please share .
