Bored children

I have recently had cause to trek up and down the country, during the school holidays to try and keep my little ones happy and meet their cousins. The 6 year old now knows most car logos from Audi to Volvo (he's never worked out Westfield) as he reads my car mags from behind my seat during the journeys. To stop him from turning into an anorak like his dad, can anyone suggest a decent DVD (or VHS) system for the entertainment of my back seat passengers ?

Anil

While looking at the car at Brooklyn on Saturday my 7 year old son was impressed when I pressed open the sat nav screen he said : Is that a TV dad.

I had to explain that it was a sat nav system. He then found the disc for the sat nav in one of the rear compartments. He then says : but dad it must be a TV it plays DVD's.

Sounds it might be to late for your son, he's well on his way to being an anorak.

Mrs Topic says to me at about 10pm at night : going to find out what your saddo friends are saying tonight. (So she can watch QVC)

What does your other halves call you guys.

at least (some of) your other halves wanted to go to the test drive (even if it was to show that the car existed). I suppose mine did see the pre-prod blue in the flesh in motorexpo in canary wharf back in June (What year?). But she really doesn't care. Just buy a different car dear if its that annoying.

Mazda, she might be right. Stunning clarity.

God I was there for the Charlton game in the newly names steve bull stand.
Oh my god. Then I sat with the charman of Man U's Son (who I work with) for the game on Weds....different class in comparison...if only camara could shoot.

Then even more bizzarely, 2 16 year olds in Slough high street yesterday with new wolves tops on with 17 and Camara on the back!

I was at the Charlton game too in the Steve Bull stand. Lower tier, row G, nearer the Jack Harris stand. Got the tickets the day before the match.

Small world ehh.
