Saw these pics on the main forum and I thought they were some of the best I've seen.

The silver looks great, love the one with the doors open

The red one, well, what can I say except.................

Cheers

Nice find Oilman!

Still dont get tired of seeing pictures of the Red, especially when it looks so good :D

I must admit I instantly dismissed the Silver, but some of the more recent pics have looked very nice. Shame we dont get the black/red interior with it or it could have been an option....

I found this on the main forum here .

I think the comments by others below say it all.

RX8 vs S2000

Found these pics on the main forum and after much debate here on the virtues of each car, it's time to decide on looks.

For my money the 8 just about gets it but, they are very similar from the front. Is this a Japanese thing??

They look similar sizes too which surprised me.

If there was ever a picture to sway me to Titanium then this would be it. I'm sure even MarkW would agree, this is an absolute beauty!!

Such a sweet picture of the Titanium - thats with the 'appearance pack' on as well isn't it.

As for the RX-8 S2000 comparisons - too close to call from the front, RX8 easily from an angle.

the mx-5? and the rx-8 - how similar looking up front? how different in size?

EDIT: Stupid me - S2000 not MX-5 - does look dull though

I've been thinking about the Apperance package for a while and have been comparing all the pictures with and without the kit I could find.

I still havent come to a decision, I think it looks just as good with or without the kit; slightly bigger and meaner with; smoother and sleeker without.

I hope I get to compare the cars in the flesh with and without the aero package before I have to decide.

My only concern with the "appearance package" is that fact that the front air dam is lower and living in a rural area I would be catching it all of the time.

I do like the look of the front accent.

Oilman,

Yes not bad for a TIT, but give me Velocity Red any day. Just think of that dull black leather interior. :D

I think I would like the bits the americans call the "appearance package" but it depends how much they cost.

It nice to see the RX-8 against the S2000, my number one and two car choice.

The RX8 looks vaguely similar from ther front, but as much as I like the look of the S, it is a bit bland against the RX8.

The S is a great looking car, but I think the RX8 will turn more heads, maybe only because it is new and different.

Oilman,

Have you seen these new stunning Velocity Red pics.

I want my car to look like this if I can afford all the extras :-

Tints, strakes, rotary accents, exhaust finishers and the US appearance kit (minus the spoiler)

Thanks Mark,

I hadn't spotted those pics.

That rear spoiler is growing on me though. I wonder how much Mazda is going to charge us!!
