![Question](https://www.rx8club.com/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Just wondering about warranties on these cars....
When I bought my last car (Honda) the warranty was 3yr/60,000miles.
I have seen warranties of 90,000 miles on some other cars now. I am wondering what the RX8 will be.
I vaguely remember seeing 3yr/36,000mile on some site or another but this seems a tad on the low side in this day and age , particularly for a Japanese manufacturer.
Anyone got any info on the warranty ?
Also servicing is another point. Theory says that with 3 moving parts servicing should be cheap... (although I suspect it may not be somehow....! ) I wonder what the schedule will be ?
Again , current car is 9,000 miles , Peugeots are 20,000 miles now !
Knowing the rotaries love for oil changes (my last RX got one every 3000) I wonder what this will be.
So - the question is - anyone seen a service schedule ?
Thanks -

Servicing/Warranties
Morgan,
Think I've read something on the main site.
3 years 36,000 rings a bell with me.
6 monthly servicing I think!
Post something to one of the RX petrolheads in the main forum
as they may know.
I would repost your question above and see what comes back.

Warranty
Morgan,
Posted some questions on main forum and Hercules replied with some answers.
The warranty (at least Stateside) is 4yrs 50,000.
He reckons service costs will be low.
See My thread Facts & Figs.
Regards

Thanks.
Just read thread on main forum.
I would expect 3 years over here. (60K would be nice too !)
Did you e-mail mazda direct as the guy suggested ? If so what news did you get ?
Oh - also could you send me the address !

Mazda email address
Morgan,
I can't find an email address anywhere on their site, only a phone number.
Any Ideas?
Would love to know actual trim colours but I suppose we'll just have to be patient.
