1st October Sepang trip notice
Dear all,
Since no one is starting this thread, i guess i have to do the job... again.
The Sepang trip on 1st October has more or less been confirmed and finalised. We do not expect last minute entries as we do not want a large group. Those who are gg, will meet at 2nd link petronas at 630am on the day itself. Will head off at 7am. No latecomers will be entertained, hopefully. Internal grp convoys, pls self-arrange. The list of people gg are:

5. red rocket

7. dollygrrl

10. virus
11. low rider
12. sqflyer
13. lsblack - pls confirm (bro, waiting for wat? if need to sign consent form, i gladly sign!!)
14. lohsk - pls confirm (u another one, u change ur suspension for wat??)
15. zavhan - pls confirm
16. tems900 - pls confirm (understand u may wan to head there on ur own at a later time)
Most of us, in fact bulk of us, will NOT be tracking. We are just enjoying the drive up there. Bo liao it may seem, but we tink otherwise. We will reach sepang and see some guys track. Last min entries shld be allowed. There are a few who are not staying. These few, including me, will head home from Sepang at our own timing to be decided over there. For those who are staying over, i believe ur accomodation has been settled, so no issue.
MUST
1. Bring ur own engine oil to top up
2. Extra ringgit for "u noe wat", besides the food and the toll and the stay
3. Battery water (in case)
4. Whatever water or coolant for radiator (in case)
5. Passports, of cos
If u guys have anything to add, pls carry on. This is abt all that i can remember and should do.

The under carriage covers, you know the one under the radiator... well when i hit 130km/h the force of the wind would push the board downwards and scrap the road. The right side flap nearly came off... I was lucky I Joe (Blackjack bf) had cable ties for me to hold the car up... And also there was an imperial concepts mechanic was also heading up with us and he fix the car on the spot since we didn't have enough cable ties, he used plastic bags to hold it up coupe07 will post the picture to show you what I mean...
after that I could floor it...ugly but it worked...
Some of us hit the speed cuts on the JDMs... Some 6MT with bigger ***** hit 200 over. I nearly got kill when I some dick weed filtered on to my lane with no signal , I was at about 172, had to jam the brakes to 110... Whatever swear word avaliable to man came out...
We drove the 8 hard enough .... trust me...
Some even tried their hand at some drifting up at the track, there was an instrcutor avaliable for a quick intro to drifting plus a demo by 3 guys and a lady...

Sorry to hear of the troubles with the undercarriage, but thanks for the description of the drive, reminds me of the various trips I've taken up NS
