As you may know already, I'm running the RE050A Pole Position 225-45-ZR18's up front and RE050A Pole Position 255-40-ZR18's in the rear. Been on about a month now and I really like them in both wet and dry conditions so far. Update me when you get yours put on and after a little drive time!

Wow....i was wrong. These tires are damn good. Even with only 100 miles on them i can feel a world of difference in grip and reaction time. Really good tires over all and comfortable too. I'm glad that I bought these while they were on closeout! 156 each from tirerack!

I would recommend these though I'm pretty sure that they will wear out quickly this summer, haha.

Was in the same dilemma as you were in when choosing tyres, finally settle on AD07; Travel from East end to West end daily in wet or dry; never look back or regretted since then.

Set up is on 235 front; 265 rear. strange thing is that my mileage went up. (Driving style the same as usual; rev..ing high occasionally - daily).

Dun get TOO comfortable with AD07s in the wet or you might just start to regret it.

Which is y i chose Advan Sport over AD07, gave up abit of dry grip for better wet grip. So far so good...

The 050s are standard on the beemer Z4s as well. I have used quite a few Bridgestones before and I realised that no matter which model, the Bridgestones always start off great but performance tapers off very fast, ie. good dry and wet grip till about 15-20k km, after that its so so performance only. This is the case even with the S02s.

I'm currently running on Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3, done about 20k km on it and no complains so far.

Dun think anyone would be zoommm its way down with AD07 on a straight or bend at above 60miles/hr on a wet and raining day.. lol.

Mine went on this morning and so far they feel very responsive with lots of grip.

I've had the RE050 pole position for about a month now, they are lot quieter than the 040's and feel much better behind the wheel, very responsive, and corner grip is insanee, I'd recommend them over the 040's any day and are better quality than other brands..
For their quality I would choose Bridgestone over any other brand... just my 2 cents..

Anyone know of the price for Bridgestone Potenza RE050A (225/45/R18) in Singapore? I was quoted ~S$380 per tyre by a popular tyre shop in Ang Mo Kio. Anybody has recommendation for a good tyre shop?
