Dented!

Dented!
Hi All,
Some MF hit my car in my office carpark and left a dent in the left rear fender above the wheelarch and scratched my bumper! I park in the same parallel lot every day and I purposely chose that spot because it's supposed to be safe! I've been recceing the carpark to look for a light coloured SUV with red scratches on its bumper, but I haven't found it yet. Must be one of the may RX300s! Bastard!
Anyway, I need a good body/paintshop to do the repairs. Any recommendations?
BTW, is the owner of the Black RX8 at OCBC Centre a memeber here?

You mean your car also kerna scratched?? How much you pay to had it repaired and painted??
Sometime, I wish this people drive with some care. If he/she wants to get his/her car dent, go and knock himself/herself, rather knocking onto others

my rear bumper got dented. They have to reheat to soften the plastic then respray. Couldn't tell the diff.... Actually was hardly noticeable...but I sayang my car
Cost less than 200 and main bulk is respray cost.
If paint job intact then will be real cheap. If slight dents then maybe you might wanna try capitol building carpark. Works wonder for my last car

The painful one is the dents caused by cars parked next to u, n the passenger or driver open the door hard n knock into my rear passenger door. Totally cannot PDR, too ex to respray the door for a small dent, dent looks bigger n more obvious everday.......sigh

i dunno y some MF need to use full strength to open the door... so everytime when i park at multi story carpark... i'll try not to park beside lorry or vans coz thier doors do not have the lvl catch=means when u open the door.. there is certain lvl that the door will have the sotopping feeling...

This is Singapore....the roads are narrower than in NA and the parking spots are considerably narrower. To get dents along quarter panels or side skins as a result of "neighbourring" cars is inevitable...whether they mean it or not. Let's just accept it and find a good auto body shop who can help. Sure, find a parking spot that will minimize the potential damage as best as possible, but one of these days some MF is going to dent you. Don't be angry, just be prepared to get it fixed.

Neon,
Where exactly is Lye located? I need to get a dent fixed next week when I'm away.
Garage R recommended me Lim Tan at Sin Ming Autocare. Does anyone have any experience with them? I went down this afternoon and saw a lot of Evos, WRXs and Silvas there.

As for PDR, I will always recommend Ah Lye. Previously went down to capitol too, but he said cannot reach. Sent to Ah Lye..he remove panel and fix it. Ah Lye goes the extra mile
Fab8, sorry to hear that...looks like going to be spray painting time.
