Keep us posted on urs Integra. In the meantime, i will get this part number and c whether GR can get the part. Fingers X-ed this stoopid piece of mounting will solve the problem. Aint it pissing us off? esp so when we paid so freakin much for the damn car....SIGH
Can any guys get a photo copy of this bulletin? cos its going to very usefull to all of us in the furthur when our mounting fails and the dealer (regardless its MM or PI) do not wish to acknowledge the problem.

Just wish to find out if the dealer will warranty the mountings.
Cos with way I am driving, I may not reach 25000km even after 3yrs and by then the 3yrs warranty offer by Mazda motor will be over.
ya, mine is a parallel import car. actually, i went to my workshop to ask abt this prob when the car is still under warranty, but at that time they know nothing abt this prob. And they actually say it is normal so bo bain lor, now have to pay ownself for the replacement

I was quoted for close to $500(incl labour) for the mounts replacement by my PI workshop. Is that too pricey?

Did any one check how much will it cost for the mounts alone?

I believe that it would be much cheaper if we were to buy it directly from Japan ourselves and have it install in Singapore.

yo bro, i went to change my engine mounting today & the result after changing was very gd. Now i doesn't feel any excessive vibrating anymore.
Btw, i changed both mountings & it cost me $367.50 inclusive labour & GST.

MARVELOUS!

Did it today at autolodge. I must say this is the most SONG amount of $ i have spent on my stoopid ride. Well spent! Better than all the mods i have done to it.

Used to vibrate about 90% of the time when RPM goes below 800 or so and also when air-con kicks in. It was awful and the amount of vibration was enough to chock a few on the ricter.

Now, the car burps a little when air-con cuts in. Period. PERFECT! Excellent! Kudos to Integra for this post! /BLOW KISS to Integra. Better than SEX feeling Neon having now...

Cheers

If I'm reading this right, this thread is a great "heads up" to get your mounts upgraded to the new mounts while still under warranty and save the cost later. Although I don't consider new mounts a mod in the true sense of the word (it's basically a part change/upgrade), but I'm not getting any excess vibration yet. However, as I get closer to my warranty expiry I'll push for the parts change just in case Thanks to all with the info.

For sure bro. Just one thing to keep in mind, the Renesis at idle with "shudder" and cause some vibration as normal operation. Can feel that when at stop lights right...a sort of random shake that occurs every now and then. That doesn't necessarily mean your mounts are cracked. However, if you feel the excess virbration constantly, especially while driving, then get the mounts changed. I thought I had the bad mounts issue before I changed my intake, now it purrs beautifully at idle, but I still get a mild degree of the Renesis "shake" every now and then.
