I do not really like GT wings. Do not flame me as this is my own personal preference and opinion.

1) Adds drag
2) Downforce only at 3 digit speeds. Some wings may not work at all, depending on design.
3) unneccesary weight
4) most people (usually non-driver) thinks its too over the top

 

putting a GT wing does not mean you are a rice boy. The definition of rice boy is clearly defined as one who adds things to the car to make it out to be what it is not meant to be. Like putting stickers of brands when you DO NOT have the product in your car and adding 'GEH KAN' things to the car that will make other car owner go 'kerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr pui'. thats rice.

I do not think GT wing is rice, just that some people will associate them with it.

Like neon lights under car carriage....some think its rice...some think its nice. If the car is nicely done up...and the light compliments the car, i'll gladly give it the thumbs up. Example is lohsk's car.

At the end of the car...if you want to put it...just tell yourself 'lim peh suka' and don't bother about what other people say.

There is a certain degree of riceness in everyone of us. just that we either choose not to show it or no ***** to do it.

 

I like rice. Especially banana leaf rice.

 

I like undercarriage lights. Rice is nice. Don't know rice so they despise.

This rice thing actually reminds me of what comments people who write to popular mechanics. These people drive US-made cars, big block huge displacement cars. And they really look down on imports or small blocks. In particular, one reader wrote to say why people keep adding turbos to their small blocks when a big block is better, etc, etc. He wrote in a "small blocks, imports sucks, big block better" manner.

Somehow this also goes to show one man's rice is another's poison. (Am i overusing rice?)

Gosh, i dont even know what parts the brands offer, only that Greddy has Turbo kit and C west is a brand for the wing... im sure she doesnt know either.. *piangz*.

But its nice... makes it look classy... and sporty.... thumbs up..
