Restriction @ Japan so all rx8 are alike and got delayed?
I knew of acidx getting his car from them and got it quite fast as promise that is why I went to them too.

Who from Hycarz car did you deal with? (meaning who lied to you about the car being in the port?). I had spoken to Hycarz and they wanted to show me one of the new RX8 that would come in late Mar. As of now, they are telling me the car is in the port.

Glad to hear that finally someone is willing to voice out. I have my share of bad experiences from Hycars. I got my 8 from them 10 months ago and on the 2nd day I noticed that the rubber strip on the booth area is torn and a photo of it was taken. I called in to request for a replacement and they requested a for Item Number on the rubber strip. How was i suppose to know that a simple rubber strip at the booth would have a Item Number? I waited and waited, till today there is no reply from them. This is just a normal rubber strip which is easily replaced and does not cost much. It really worries me to why they are so unreluctant to replace this small part. Luckily it was just a simple rubber piece, If it was a much more expensive part, i dread to think of the outcome. I prolly wont be doing any business with Hycars in future.

hmmm sounds bad... if it was a engine problem due to the manufacturer... jialats man... i think they prolly would just give a silly excuse to try and void your warranty like... "you revved the engine above 3k RPM, warranty is voided" lol?

They are more interested in Sales then replacement. They throw them to the 3rd party workshop and "bo-chap" or "Mai-Chap" (Dont care)
After sales services is important in SINGAPORE market, as is very small market here. All this post and bad mouth will affect their company.
10months to return to you and still no replacement for just rubber is very ******* (learn to spell **** from a fashion branding) jialats PI.
