Any of you bought your car from Pinnacle or their subsidiaries? How is the servicing at Jackspeed? Any comments?

I got my car from Pinnacle last July and went to Jackspeed Tampines for first 3 servicing. They dunno anything abt rotary engine. When I asked the mechanic abt rotary engine drinking bit of the engine oil on my 3rd and final servicing, he asked me back: "Issit?" then looked blur. Now I go to Monster Garage for subsequent servicing.

Thanks for the feedback. So better I ask for further discount than to have their stupid warranty?

Hmm..... Not many buy from Pinnacle and gang, I presume.

I tried to get my PI to waive the warranty and give me discount instead. But they were un willing.

1) It usually costs them very minimal to give warranty as 95% nothing will break down in the first year. And their warranty usually covers limited parts only.

2) They tie you down to servicing at their "authorised" workshops. Otherwsie no warranty.

3) And if they waive warranty; and a fault happens, they may still be liable to repair any fault.

Pinnacle was one of the cheapest when i bought my 8; but i went elsewhere as my in laws did not have a very pleasant experience buying from them.
