K&N Typhoon Short Ram Intake
HI there has anyone tried the new K&N filter and any idea how much it cost? Also the feedback on whether how much hp it actually gains and noise level will be greatly appreciated. Or alternative suggestions will be welcome as well since I am now on a look out for air filter for the 6MT. Been hearing not much benefit from this particular mod ... but still remain positive ...

K&N Typhoon Short Ram Intake
I have got my 8 installed with the new K&N cool air intake 4 weeks ago, on the second day a girl living next door asked me: Do you know who have changed a noisey exhaust which she can heard it loudly from the basement carpark. So now I don't step hard on my throtter before leaving basement carpark.
In fact it is very noisy but the power was much better (I am not really sure does it increase to 10 more bhp), but the 8 become very light and respond to throtter without pushing. Anyone can advise how to reduce the noise?
But I also realised that the fuel taken up very fast compared with my previous K&N drop in type, guess all air intake are the same. Anyone can share on this?
I paid about around S$610 including freight to my door from CA.
