When u get your door kit , I can give u his number. the Charges should be around $600-800.
I'm not sure about the actual cost, cos I did quite alot of other things together and charge a whole lump sum.

I have the right kit that opens up to 85 degrees... you dont want more than that or else you would lose its appeal...my kit bolts right up in less than 3 hours after the fenders have been removed.... it just looks right...
Check it out on my RX7 with RX8 seats

Cos all wires got to be lengthen, and most people just use the twist and turn and tape up method. U must make sure the installer include an additional soldering step.
And most important, remove the batt power before doing anything , or the ECU will "blank out" and can't start the engine and will need to spend few hundreds of dollars to get it reset.

Yes eveyone could do that but would they do it for u?
If I do not tell u about soldering the wires would u know it? Your switches may just fail after a few mths and got to redo the wiring again.
If u do not tell the guy what to do (soldering).
Most of the guys will just turn and twist the wires and tape together. no one will put the extra effort to do extra soldering job.
Installation of the Bolt on door kit is very easy. everyone can do that I can do that too. (but only for LSD doorkit).
And it can be easily alight and adjusted cos LSD is the only vertical door kit that allows u to do so.
Its the laying and lenghting of the wires that is troublesome as it got to be the correct length in order for the door to open and close correctly without injuring the wires.
Most will do the trial and error method.

Once u have the LSD door kit. take a good look at it.
U will understand. what I meant. Its very easy to install
It takes more skills to lengthen and solder the wires than installing the Door kit.
-------------------------------------------------
Before I had the LSD door kit I bought another vertical door kit from another company. its a mess installing it. Even thought this door kit claims to be a bolt on kit , it still requires alot of extra machining/cutting in order to have the door align perfectly.
The price diff between the 2 brands is around S$1500++, but u paid for what u get.

I do recommend that the installer solder the wires.. its best and then to use heat shrink wrapping... use a flex tech hose to cover eveything so it will look neat also.
The advantages of soldering is no loss of resistance.. better conductivity.
