Spoke to ICare Professional Polish earlier today about a possible 'special offer' for RX8 Club members interested in their grooming services...its not much, but managed to negotiate a small discount. Recommended for the lazy who want a gleaming ride and are in possession of some extra moolah lying around.

For their 'Professional Polish Package' for the 8, the original price is $350.

If at least 3 RX8 owners take the package, they'll offer it at $330. It's not a big discount (around 5%), but enough to cover a decent meal I suppose.

Comes with an 18-month warranty inclusive of 3 complimentary inspections/polishings. The whole process will take at least 4 hours.

Further information about them below. I don't earn any commission from them, am paying the full price to renew my package with them sometime next week.

we are doing it ourselves regularly on most sundays. Good workout, good meetup, good talk **** session, good admiring time.

We have "experts" tp teach u how to mke ur cars shine. They do offer help but u must have the heart to want to do urself....

yo bro... the polish lasts anot? i park under the sun sometimes lah.... esp at work. then rain sia.... very dulan. is it easier to remove water stains when u wash the car after polish? is this like some nano tech polish stuff? Thanks man....

 

i still wash my car everydae no matter rain or shine but when come to polish abit hard leh cos dun know the real methods leh so end up the car look abit better onli so thinking of ask the experts to do it save time also... heehee...

they used to be an official frachisee...and still utilise a few glare products here and there but have since explored other products and set off in their own direction.

Those peeps who've pm-ed me regarding the icare polish package, thanks for your interest.

Just a quick update:

Icare is now using Sonax products for interior and exterior care; its endorsed by the Mercedes-Maclaren F1 team. A pridee good deal for the rates they're charging. Highly recommended for those who are reluctant to DIY (DIY-ing would be my personal choice too if I could help it, but not all of us can spare the time or suffer from back problems, wanna leave it to the pros, etc.)
