lennon, what u think of super charging a Z3, 1.9L engine. to a 8 psi ?

 

Basically BMW engines are very strong..... Light supercharge won't be a problem, but dont choose a Z3..... that is the worst convertibvle to me....

Sure you need ECU remapped or aftermarket ecu....... Most of the time a tuner will download you original map and send it to EU for reprogram, or use Unichip.....

The European approach is a bit different that the Japs....... Europe cars have more advanced ECU than Japs and it's more into self-adaptation...... But however definitely there will be some reprogramming......

Has anyone experience the cluth pedal losing pressure? This happened to me when I drove up Genting over the weekend. Going up wasn't an issue until I was trying to find carpark & that's when the pedal feel has gone all spongy. After switching off the car and pumping the cluth for abit and all it's good. Wonder is this normal? Didn't change gears much as I was keeping the rev band around 6000-8000rpm. O the joy

 

When it's overheat or the clutch plate had reached it's end, it will appear to be spongy..............

oh this time not mine. other member in kk. mine last time was sensor dirty, masuk air ''water''. this other member hyiung did sensor check and still see radiator light on when he rev.

one more thing. it started after he put the car 3 days overnight to spray back scratches on the body. at 1st car cannot start, battery weak i think, after that coolant light.

 

the coolant still got colour?...or just water only....try change it first la...now i using BMW coolant....actually same with motul but is cheap...
