Boy, the Autofoam is the stuff that they insert in to the frame of car to strengthen and stiffen the chassis and also reduce the noise, vibration (act as sound insolation too). More details available here...

I've installed a dvd player in my 8. All you need are a couple of things to make life much easier as well as it being totally stealth
1. DVD player - Installed at the rear center console
2. IR Extender - To use the remote without actually pointing to the HU itself. A fine example is this
Did my installation at Dream Wheels @ Dataran Prima. Installation shouldn't take more than 3 hours as I was the guinea pig. My install took pretty much the whole day. Ran into a couple of issues but easily solved ... now that is

ya it come with tuned-emanage. i heard mec in kl just transfer the data from a tuned emanage to a empty emanage, cheap ma.
ya no need tune. saw them put it in just like that. its an auto and no modification before.

oh... okie.
I did get the noise checked up n the thing is the hav to open the entire assembly n most of the time clutch problem r not visually obvious, its usually trial and error in which they'd raher change every darn thing (clutch, cover, T/O bearing, transmission bearing, pressure plate).... of course la problem solved when initially the problem could hav been rectified with just a T/O bearing change.....
