need to run in for how long??
hello to all 8 riders!!
will be getting my black auto soon, have some questions pertaining to the maintenance...
- how long do I need to run in the engine and at what rev do I need to maintain??
- what engine oil is really suitable for our 8??
- when will be the first and subsequent oil change??
And now comes to the performance part:
- my 8 is a 210hp, so how can I increase the hp without modding the engine?
- where can I get parts for our 8?? heard GR has some aftermarket parts for our 8, iz it??
cheers

Hi Corvins,
do a search on running in - lots of threads posted on this matter.
engine oil - if you search, you wil see a huge debate on mineral vs synthetic. Locally, we have people using HKS rotary oil, Castrol, Mazda rotary oil, mobil one...
1st service 1000km, after that every 5000km.
Performance parts for auto - wait a while, parts are gradually coming out. But with auto, you can't do too much as gearbox can't take it. In the meantime, enjoy the car first! :p
