Ok, some news from the host. The food has been catered for, there'll be 8 dishes with dessert and it's $15 per head. Those names appearing in the list are expected to be there with their respective OCs. Payment will be collected at the meet-ups during this week. If you're not free to meet up during the week, just show up on Saturday and pay the host directly. Polishing can begin from anytime after 12 noon. Food will be delivered later in the afternoon and we'll finish off the gathering with the makan session (and maybe some after dinner activities for the hardcore regulars).

 

Hardcore activities? Must bring passport or not?
