Project High Tea @ Fullerton
As promised to a few bros, I've rang the fullerton and they will get back to my by today with availability of:
Tentative date: Sunday 27th Jan 2008
Tentative Time: 2pm to 6pm
I will need a rough show of hands, how many of you are intending to turn up so I can give them an idea of the amount of car parking space and seats in the atrium we will need.
Not quite sure who the bro that was taking the Terminal 3 photos for us was - but would you be available to take photos for us again?
I will revert to everyone here by the end of today with the costs involved - but I would assume it would be in and around 50 - 75 bucks per pax.
Once again I will confirm with everyone either later today or tomorrow on the actual cost per pax and the availability of the venue on that date.
Pls post your name up if this sounds ok with you. No obligations at this point in time - I just need to let Fullerton know in advance how many cars/pax we will potentially have on that day.
Once everything is firmed up? I will re-post an actual thread asking you guys to confirm attendance. Just like any track day? Cash will be collected up front.
I will say here and now that once I've confirmed with Fullerton at a later date? Cash will not be refunded if you do not turn up on the day as your High Tea space will already have been reserved and booked.
On the day itself, I will foot the bill and show everyone the receipts just so there is no misunderstanding....or maybe I'll be sipping a pina colada on a beach in Thailand with your money muhahahahahahahaha
So again this is just to gauge how many will potentially turn up. No obligations at this point in time.

After all if we get like 20 - 30 cars? Then it really is negligible by the time we split the cost amongst us all.
