cusco is 8kg/mm front, 5kg/mm rear. Greddy has similar specs too. Cusco has 5 adjustments levels. Greddy has 32 levels, which u will nvr utlise all, to be frank.

If u r looking at just lowering, then lowering springs wld be a better choice.

CHanging the coilovers totally:

1. Ride will be hard. Make sure ur the other half will not complain (this is the most common grouses). Softest settings will be hard too if u dun get used to it.
2. Cornering will be superb.
3. Lowered height is adjustable to the height that u wan.

BOth Cusco n greddy are in stock. As for which one better, seriously, both to me are good... of cos if u dun mind the stiffness and go for performance, changing coilovers is definitely better.

RIms wise, not sure darren told u. For the rear, Wedsports' 18x9 only has +32 offset and +20 something offset. The best offset u can have is +32 in this case, however u need to roll ur rear fender in order for ur tyres not to hit it. This i have to highlight to u first. The other blue car has his fenders rolled thats y his did not hit. Front no problem.

Jammer, if u r reading this, our fren here, has got his SA70.

Thanks for the detailed reply bro.... yeah darren told me about rolling in the rear fender. just one question, the rolling in part is in the inside right? the exterior still looks the same right? anyways I've ordered already I wondering where exactly the rolling in is being done. Cheers!

Hi i recomend cusco casue i got it form MG too and it's great. If you got a little more money to spend then also get the Econ Minimart (ECON) so that you can adjust the stifness as and when you like.

I not too sure of the greddy one but if it also have the controller to adjust the stifness then i think also worth while getting.

Lastly get it done at MG is also highly recommended cause their after sales service very good and efficent.

Thanks.... yeah I'm considering to get the suspension... I might have overspent this month... (on rims and tyres), so I might wait till one more month to get either greddy or cusco coilovers....

hello jammer....i got it cos I saw xavier's rims very swee, pretty nice on my blue. so I bought the same one as him... staggered layout.. as mike and coupe07 was in japan when I ordered, then they indented for me. this one is limited edition i think, so paid close to $700 per rim... you might want to check with MG on how to get the rims in.. just as my nick suggested, i pay until i turn blue on the car liao, so gotta budget for coilovers in the future.. i hope this helps... oh btw, the rims are wedsports sa-70....

get the greddy... slightly cheaper than the cusco....

This colour was limited edition back then.... but it seems now they came out with the same black chrome, with yellow lining, and red lining, together with the blue one. So they now have 3 different colours to match ur car colours. The only sad fact is they dun make many offsets.... and the 9in rear +32 offset is a bit too out for the rx8.
