Erm, I'm not the one thinking of buying the 40th anniversary ed. Just recounting what I heard off the grapevine. Must reiterate in case I was misleading in my original post, that its what's the rims are supposedly worth. Not what they're selling the rims for.

And oh yes, I'm well aware of the garage options out there. There wasn't any pressure to tinker with anything or perform any performance upgrades anywhere else except on this forum! At the end of the day: CAVEAT EMPTOR.
