RX8 club decals for all Spore owners

Anyone like to do a mass order for the RX8 Club decals?
https://www.rx8club.com/polak-graphics-83/rx8-club-com-decals-now-sale-38016/
http://www.polakgraphics.com/rx8club.html

I recommend 2 we stick it at
1) the end of the bumper.
2) left of right side of the rear window.

Or anyother location which u guys prefer?

The price is US$7 = $11.55 (using US$1=S$1.65)
Postage maybe just 30-50 cents per piece?

I can order for all if u guys believe me?
But I need a S$12 deposit or transfer to my bank account
In case anyone back out last min.

I would like to make this happen.

So anyone?

hi there...

did u and the other members consider doing a decal on our own or have checked out the price of doing so?

cos if its going to be cheaper (of cos we must c if there are a substantial # of sin owners wants the decal), we can customise one for the sin owners :p

Is it?? I'm new so did not know about it.

In that case I would definitely prefer to get it from Cuscorex.

Yes it maybe cheaper if printed in Singapore but I believe that this will usually be in terms of hundreds. But we may not have that much people interested in stick a sticker on their cars.

The main disadvantage will still be the design. who is good and is willing to fork out the time and do it?
And it will take too much time in
1) Designing
2) Posting on the web and ask for opinion
3) Send it for printing
4) Who is willing to fork out the money 1st (I do not mind the person making some profits out of it cos he is the guy doing all the work and worst of all he will have to print it in a big number and keep stocks)

I do not mind how the sticker looks like just as long as we can get together and form a group. But others may prefer other designs???

we can juz print out a sample, bring it over to those stickers maker, they will do it for us, either 1 piece, 10 pieces and many pieces. print more at one go, its gg to be cheaper. (this applies to stickers only)

design wise, we can do it on our own. the rotor logo can be made to look fiercer.

Stickers wise will be easier and can be made by per piece basis. Decals wise i believe have to print one lot, no per piece printing.

I support the cutomised one since we shld have a steady cult following as the club members are increasing by the day

Its ok with me.

Decisions, decisions, decisions... the biggest problem when making a group decision is everyone will have their own ideas on what looks nice and what doesn't. I think we should just make one decision at a time and let everyone vote on the outcome.

Everytime we start discussing this topic, it just ends in indecision and no action. I really hope to see something materialise, so I let's just start at the design stage and finalise the design first. We already have some designs floating around, but can those with the designs post them here for the first round of decision? If possible, can we have all the other new designs proposals in maybe within the next 2 weeks? If not, we'll just go ahead with whatever designs we already have.

Hey guys, include me in your stickers thing. I will go with the majority. Actually the polak one is quite nice.. there is one shop at IMM and Far East Plaza that does stickers. The last time i asked to print some stickers, the lady told me its about S$2 bucks per letter if customised but i am not sure about adding on designs. If we choose to re-design the entire thing, then we may have to pay some "designer fees" too? I agree that somebody should take the lead so that he or she may hold the source so that in future if we have new members that wish to buy the stickers, we can get it easily for them too. Hmm I guess its easier to meet and discuss this issue and maybe spread the work out abit and not let one person be burden with the entire thing since we are all busy individuals. :D

[QUOTE=morganoh]Anyone like to do a mass order for the RX8 Club decals?

Hi guys, after looking through the polak website again, I think if we want to save trouble and make it happen right away, we should just order from there. He got quite good designs and most importantly, the colours that he offers matches the exact code of our RX8sss. I guess it would be too much of a hassle to do it ourselves. And also in future, if new members wants it, we can just refer them to polak again and save the trouble. What do your guys think?

During the meet-up, most of us have come to the conclusion that we prefer car decal and not sticker. Polak's "decals" are more like stickers and not the same kind of decals that we are looking for. So we'll probably use a variation of his design and get it on a decal.

Just a point to bring up. It would be harder to put your rx8club nick on a decal. If you guys really want your nicks on the decal, you would probably have to get your own nick cut into a sticker and paste it on the decal itself.
