hi everyone. Need some advice, my ride has done 45000km, when shld i change my spark plug??? wat kinda of engine good for my engine aged coming to 2...

Lets see you can probably try 20B or if you got pockets deep anough there is always the 26B (my personal favourite).... J/k..

Actually were you talking about engine oil? If you are there is a thread that was talking about that, you can view your options from there.

You should change your sparks..... NGK will be the best.... As for engine oil, try Motul, Castrol or Mobil....

How about Denso? I thought they make the best spark plugs?

anyway is engine flushing, coolant flushing good for our ride????

Original sparks are from NGK... Even most RX7 owner uses NGK cause it's more reliable...

If I'm not wrong, Engine and Coolant flushing is only done when the engine and radiator is dirty .
