Solution To Power Steering Failure

Dear All,

As most of you have heard about my compliant on the power steering failure when the engine is cold. Found the problem and resolved!!!

If you experience this:
When u start your car in the morning or when cold, immediately you try to steer your steering wheel and it feels wierd!!! Turn to left (if feels o.k) but when turn to right (feels no power steering beign assist) it might be heavy or vibrate. Or vice versa!!

All these happened when your engine still warming up. And it will only go back to norm when you have driven the car for about 20mins and the engine is hot hot!!

What caused the problem?
Your wire harness connected between the Power Steering Motor and the main power supply cable of the car has been damage (fried!!!)

Solution
You need to order the wire harness and replace it...That's all!! Here is the Mazda Part# F151-67-SHOB. I suppose it should be the same for both AT/5MT/6MT. Anyway mine is 6MT.

Finally........!!! I can go Sepang the next round!.

Cheers :p
