hihi guys was wondering if the 8's in singapore from pi comes with the tpms... where can i get the rims and shops that specialise in bodykits.... any idea of the prices in volved... very newbie

er...wats tpms?s 4 kits,can try Gan Motorsports,they hv the ings kit...on top of tat,if u r interestd in any other jap brands,they r most willin to do the imports...cheers

 

tks for the help.... tpms i think means tyre pressure measurement system... installed in each wheel that allows the car to monitor each tyre's pressure (ie 25 psi to 45 psi) that way u know if there is a puncture or something. btw where is gans located pls?

 

pi? No, TPMS comes on US RX-8s only - because our government requires it only all cars by 2006? or so.

TPMS can be installed with after market products.

There r many other shops that cater to RX-8 too.

Garage R, Hua Yang, EZimport, Cartronic, list goes on....Do a search on yellowpages.com.sg for address.

P.S. Most shops can arrange for imports too.....

Btw, how much to install a ms rear spoiler? Where is the cheapest? Any recommendation? Also thinking of doing up the stereo after seeing all the comments on it. Where would be good?

I know mm carries it. But I do not want the 4 piece offer. They only do it as a package and not individual piece. Anyone know how much it is for the ms rear spoiler alone?

 

If i din remember wrongly, it cost around $2k for just the spoiler.. but not sure whether sprayed wif the paint colour. Cartronics at AMK is able to bring in.

Guys, all ur questions have been answered. To compare price, simply call the individual places which some of us have posted earlier. Search yellowpages.com.sg for Tel No.

Most of them shops have catalogues for 8 from original Mazda Japan. Prices are in Yen and they will usually convert them direct depending on exchange rate. Search mazda.co.jp too. They have prices there as well.

Even for stereo, many of us have done up ours. Previous posts have the answers....Do a search. :D

Do come for next meet-up and all the 'old birds' will willingly try to answer all ur queries....
