Guys, I think they had set up a counter in Malaysian High Com. Can settle fine there. Next time, it is better not to settle on the spot. Take the receipt and wait for your notice to appear on the website then pay.
Tips:
Travelling to Malaysia Highway: Speed traps are typically done with two teams. One to spot car and check speed with whatever laser /infra red gun.....second team down the road...a kilometer or two are especially after a bend or corner where u cannot see from where you were "caught speeding".
1. Slow down whenever, you see accessible hill or flyover in the highway. They are good, you can never spot this team. This is where you are being "rayed" for speed.
2. Watch in-coming vehicle on the other direction. If you see some cars flashing head lamp...don;t be sotong, slow down. They are not trying to overtake the car in front of them. They are typically warning you that there is a speed trap ahead of you. Not like Singapore, some #%$@ hole, driving at 90 km/hr at the outer most lane and they think they are king of the road. And you need to flash your headlamp to make them get out of the way!
