think 8/10 int for a 60s car is fine. potential key issues (assuming engine and gears are fine since they hav been overhauled recently):
- leakage
- susp: worn underarm, ball joints
- electrical prob

if these are fine, think it's a nice/affordable drive-once-a-while car to have. think will go take a look this weekend. infact, now i recalled that i might have seen this car on the road before near international plaza, the owner was blasting his engine and thought the response was quite good for a 60s car.
