Veilside VS1 D1 Kit
Yo, i just got the veilside kit installed on my rx8, but the car looks alittle high now, yet if i change the springs to lower the car, i will not be able to clear the back of the parking lots in public carparks. Any advice how to solve my little problem??

Hi manny,
Why dont you join us tonight cause we usually have a meet on friday evenings. Venue will be kallang carpark bout 10 p.m.
You may even get a chance to meet a member that installed the same kit and probably get some interesting ideas from him.

I got the same kit. And i scratch the front the day i got it. From a going down a slope with a speed hump at the end of it at a HDB carpark.
Well, i think its unavoidable no matter what you do.

I've got the Veilside kit... I don't know how I should put it across... It looks good (see pics), but when it comes to humps, ramps and car park lots, it can be a real pain in the a**. The front will almost definitely be scratched severely underneath when it comes to hump and ramps. The rear bumper is so much lower than the standard RX-8, so you will not be able to park your car fully into a lot because it WILL hit the wheel stopper. After a week of heart-ranching experience of squishing the rear bumper (if you haven't already knocked it out of alignment), you'll learn to park with your nose sticking out of the lot and ignoring others who think you can't park a car properly.

Yup, its definately longer. My car sticks out about 70% of the time. Just have to park carefully.
And i just hit the front alittle yesterday when i drove into my carpark. Slight scratch, lucky removable.

Hi all, just wondering, most of you guys that have already slapped on your bodykit, are you all using originals or copies?
And don't mind sharing, what's the price difference between the copies and the originals. and of course quality as well.
Thanks all
