Dear Brudders & Sisters,

I have just spoken to the management of Raffles Hotel, enquiring about the parking arrangement for the convoy of 20-30 Rx8s that we will be expecting.

The manager there was even more excited than I am and said it "SOUNDS FANTASTIC!".

She agreed to let our convoy occupy the open-field carpark at the MAIN ENTRANCE (along Beach Rd) as well as the other entrance along Seah Street for a good 45 mintues!

Imagine...both entrances of the Raffles Hotel completely filled to the brim with RX8s...sounds goods doesn't it? I think this would make a pretty good photo-taking opportunity as well, since the hotel is afterall a national monument. So guys, come 1st July...remember to bring along your cameras to capture these moments.

And...oh yes, be prepared to be captured by curious tourists and hotel guests there as well!

In order to make arrangements for the above, the hotel has requested that I submit the following information to them: -

1) Total Number of Vehicles
2) Vehicles Registration Plate Number
3) Confirmed time of arrival
4) Person whom the hotel can coordinate with, when the cars are parked at Seah Street

I would need you guys to provide info on item 2 & 4...

Take note that on the actual day of my wedding, every RX8 owner will receive 2 wedding ribbons which they can tie onto the door handles of their ride. I will prepare 80 ribbons for 40 cars...just in case more people are coming. I'm sure these wedding ribbons will make the whole idea of a wedding convoy even more authenticate!

I will advise on the actual day schedule in my next thread...look out for it!
