I don't think anyone here can answer that question.

Only you can.

Personally, I think it's akin to tossing money out the window. You must have had some reason to buy the WRX.

You just bought the car four freaking months ago! Do not get an RX-8. Get mods if you yearn for more power or better handling but don't waste the dough on a new new car.

Dude, don't trade it yet. The WRX wagon is a great vehicle, wait a year or two so that your loss is not so big. Plus then you will get into a little later (and hopefully improved 8).
My feelings on comparison of the two:
Speed: WRX by a little
Braking: Rx8 by a lot
Handling: Rx8 by a lot
Looks: Rx8 by a lot
Interior: RX8 by a lot
Adverse weather driving: WRX by a ton
Usefulness factor: WRX by a lot (remember wagon)
I am not saying don't ever switch to the 8, I am just saying wait until the deal at least isn't ridiculously against you in value of trade.
BTW, I drive the WRX 3 to 4 days a week and the Rx8 2 to 3 days a week. The Rx8 is a better driving experience, but not so much that I would be willing to throw away money over it.

Your about to lose a big ton of money Big Ton. If you need a RX8 that bad, just buy it as a second car. At least you will have two cars to drive while your living on pasta and water.

Finally, I went testdrove the 8 and the z. The sound of the 8 is great and the interior is great too., but not as fast as expected. The handling is great and the rear seats are decent.
THe Z is faster but It wasn't as fun as driving the 8. I couldn't see outside well and the driver seat is too small for me. Don't why the cluth is so tight . Overall a great car.
If I were to buy between those, I think I will chose the 8.
However, I am sorry to say that I feel WRX (at least for me) a more fun car too drive. The look I know is not as good as the 8 but it gets uniqueness. THe only complain is that it gets a 5sp....
Conclusion, now I am studying the MN and the snow is damn crazy I think keeping the WRX is better, but If i were in CA I would like to hear the high-pitch rotary sound everyday.
Thnaks guys for giving me advices...

IMO you are making a good choice. Wait a while my friend and make the 8 yours at a better time.

Trading in a 4-month old car for an RX-8 to imitate drifting videos is not a terribly sound decision, in my opinion. Glad you came to your senses.
