15 hours on the track in Flyin' Miata Turbocharged ND

Interesting article. FM doesn't make junk. It's a shame that people in some Miata circles like to hate on them so much.
Say. I recently took my RX-8 out for 4 track hours per day for 4 days. Does that count as a 16 hour torture test?

great cars, too bad I dont fit.... (6. 4' all torso, knees hit the dash, same issues with the NA/NB)
we have a driver in my neck of the woods who has some really good tires on her stock ND and she can rip corners like its on rails the power delivery seems to be "enough" unlike a certain other set of twins cars everyone talks about

Same here - although I've gone to several dealers to sit in all of the showroom models as well as ask about modifications to seat height (I already know the answer and that is there isn't an option due to the airbag deployment angles and carving out the basic seat to lower about 2" more). There isn't room to go down any further. I wish they would at least use the BMW Z dimensions for driver seat height.

Friend keeps pointing me to the Solstice/Sky/G2X thing. interestingly enough he drove a Miata and went to one and says its good, but he also did meth once and never was the same after that
I just don't wanna buy a car and then have to mod it to fit my happy(read unhappy) butt. And getting back on topic
the ND is a way hot car, there's just not enough firewall to rear seat room for a 3 foot long leg.
I wonder if Randy Probst has thoughts on it
