Personally, I'd rather pick up a GT (gotta have the V8) and slap on this bodykit + FRPP (Ford Racing parts) suspension kit... and more power mods later.

I think that the one advantage of the CS6 *should* be the weight savings. I suppose it should handle better due to the lower weight. Beyond that it probably sounds like ***...the Nissan VQ is the only V6 I can really say that I like the sound of when modified or exhausted. Those Ford and GM V6s sound horrible with exhaust systems on them.

A shame Ford wouldnt let him touch the V8's...
But I guess business is business, that and be strange to have two Shelby Mustang's that are V8's out on the market. I'd get the car then debadge the Shebly logo's and switch the kit back to stock and go total sleeper.
I gotta find out where he lives then wire up his room to sublimaly get the idea in his head "look into rotaries..... Shelby Rx-8.... cheap price's...".

^ Uh... a little behind aren't we. There are 3 Shelby Mustangs with the V8 out there...
SVT Shelby Cobra GT500
Shelby GT-H
Shelby GT
As far as cost... I have no idea what a "pre-built" one would cost, but the package can be purchased for $15,000. After that you just need a MT V6 Mustang. http://www.hillbankmotorsports.com/p...3e0ccb77ae6d9f

These modded mustangs are really a joke. I almost s*** myself when I saw the price of one of those Saleen mustangs at the dealer. Only an idiot would pay $50K for a MUSTANG!. It's still a MUSTANG! Solid rear axle? What a joke. Now don't get me wrong, I like the Mustang, but at it's regular price point. Hmmm, used porsche or Saleen? Well, my brain is defective, so I want the Mustang!

Funny. Ford is doing quite well with that joke of a solid rear axle.

The GT500 would have been a much cooler car with the 5.0l they are using in the FR500C. Shame they simply did not make a street version of it. 3800lbs for a mustang? Wow. Crazy.

As for the Shelby V-6 Supercharged. The difference is in the curb weight and better weight distribution. ~3300lbs vs ~3500lbs. I wouuld stick with just the engine and suspension upgrades and forgo all the useless glitz.
Would be a fun change anyway.
