Owning a high-powered FWD myself, I wouldn't want to even try driving that thing. 260 HP to the front wheels is enough of a wrestling match when accelerating out of a corner or just when accelerating from a stop. I can't even imagine that power being usable in any application aside from putting down huge dyno numbers.
I'll have to keep an eye out for that car. It says he's in Orlando, so maybe I'll see it around - though I don't recognize the area in any of his videos. Either way, he should be easy to spot if he is around; I'd imagine the ever-present cloud of tire smoke would be a dead giveaway.

Huge turbo setup, built motor, and custom lambo doors: tens of thousands of dollars in parts, labor, and tuning

Just paused the video to point out my dislike for the lambo doors... more comments will follow.
Now for my more complete opinions. Personally, not my style. It's definitely fast, but I'm guessing he spent a decent amount to get the car that fast and even if the car was slower, there would probably be something else I'd put that money into. As others have mentioned, a civic is a civic. I try to avoid being huge on status, but civics are kind of the trademark car of ricers. Despite the really nicely done civics out there, there are so many others that bring down the name. I like having a bit of respect when I mention what car I have and that's hard to do with a civic. Also, I prefer RWD or AWD in most cases. There might be a few exceptions out there, but I have yet to drive them.
Also, he mentioned that he beat a z06 with the set up before the motor being built.... does that seem reasonable? I know you have to account for the drivers, but it seems like the z06 should have won by a fair amount still.

Thats a bold statement to make that he beat a Z-06 before his turbo set up. Lets see.... the Z-06 has more torqe than that civic has HP and Torque combined, sure he beat him.....
Great numbers , but butt ugly , I wonder if his car can turn?
He had me rolling when he said he can now go after SRT-4, Evo's and STi, he was dead serious that he had to beat those car no matter what! What a low bar he has set for himself, there are plenty of other cars i rather go after if I was going for all out power, like the Lingenfelter Corvette, Hennesy Viper, etc. I have a news flash for him though, a 420HP civic will still get a A-whooping from these three cars that have 500HP or more. Looks like he looses in stock form and he will loose in modified form as well! LOL! Sucks to be him....
