The Z06 is impressive, but in yellow--yuck in general. It sure makes the RX-8 look small and tiny. One of the best bang for the buck buys out there.
Our interior kicks butt in styling, design and materials though!

For a car that starts at MSRP $64,890, the interior should and needs to be better.
I'm also not too fond of the body colored headlight bays. The car would look better with the more traditional chrome or brushed steel/aluminum.

I agree with you about the body colored headlight bays. Definately not a fan.

However, they seem to mess things up. For example, the new Saturn Aura seemed to make it mechanically and exterior-wise intact as a modified Opel, but GM USA completely crapped the interior and changed it for the worse.

I'm sure they had budget constraints and the interior got the short end.

Good for you. Get whatever makes you happy, but I just think it looks gross. Black and Red make the car look mean and badass like the car is. I just hate the color yellow in general I suppose.

nice pics!
btw I was wondering if there is a hood vent for the rx8 similar to the one for the vette where its on the bottom rather than the top?
I personally like the hood vents that are closer to the bottom, than up top like the ones I have seen thus far for the rx8

had the chance to drive one of these.. (my father owns a black w/ black/red leather)
the z06 is about as close to a race car as you can get.. made me depressed to sit back in my greddy turbo'd 8. i felt like i was driving a honda fit.
