AEM out of business?

AEM out of business?
I went to an auto parts store to see if they'd have any aem cais in stock for my 8. They said that AEM went out of business a while ago. But I can still order them online. So are they really out of business? Is this a really obvious question and I'm just stupid?
I see only good things
