This doesn't look like a copy of the Viper any more than the Sky is a copy of the Solstice, the new Audi supercar a copy of the Gallardo, the XLR a copy of the Corvette, the Phaeton a copy of the A8, etc.

I've liked the Firepower since it came out. I like the Aston looks with the Chrysler/vintage Ferrari eggcrate grille, and I've always loved the classic long nose front engine GTs. the interior is gorgeous, but not really practical for production with all that chrome ready to blind the driver when the sun hits it right...
And yeah, I like the art-deco detailing of the Crossfire, and the use of similar art deco forms here, though nothing translates between the two. The Firepower is much more curvy, and frankly, much more balanced. It also shares no styling with the Viper other than the general layout (front mid engine GT with a long nose, short deck).

Looks like an uglified Aston Martin. The grill is hideous.
Also, when are American auto manufacturers going to finally realise that chrome wheels are outdated and tacky?
