95% - missed the fog/smoke question because I thought flipping your headlights on would decrease your visibility, while parking lights would make you visible to other drivers without decreasing your own visibility. Eh, oh well.

95% Wasn't sure about 18 since I've never seen arrows on pavement in my area, just on overhead signs, so it was a guess on what is used somewhere else.

the trick there was the question also included precipitation. Many states now require you to turn on your headlights in the rain. For instance in PA the law is if your wipers are on (not just for cleaning) your headlights should be.

Same score (95%) because of that question. The only time I see arrows "on" the road is on side streets.

I got a 95 im from IN, but i didnt get any wrong? i dont get it

i almost got t-boned in a fog bank pulling out of an intersection because of that philosophy... most parking lights are not bright enough to see during the day in the fog
