Well, the responses were much in line with my feelings. Some love, some hate. I appreciate it because I really was on the fence. Mugatu's wall of disgust was quite convincing. Thanks all.
I didn't want to drop the coin for something I might not like, so I went a little out of budget and got the wheels I originally wanted....
It should look something like this:

And Blueeyes - I hope your front end has better fit and finish than that example 'Teg. I could fit my arm between the hood and the bumper of that thing!

haha, it does look bad there. The cars actually have a black piece of rubber trim which is between the hood and bumper, it makes the gap look really bad in some photos.

depends on the price of the wheels. if they're going for a reasonable price, i'd get 'em. i think it should just come down to the price of the wheel. since you're about 50/50 on the looks, price should determine the final decision. is it worth spending money on wheels you're 50/50 on? you might still have to buy different lugs, hub rings, etc. etc. your ITR was stolen before, the flashy wheels might get it stolen again!

RX8 HA HA
Those red rims, are they Gabs? Or they knock off's? I've always loved Gabs, they would look really nice on the ITR, but that combo has been done to death, come to think of it, everything on the ITR has been done to death. My buddy had a set of SSR supermesh is 16 inch he had on his EK, ****** sick...oldskool SSR's would also look nice...

I personally don't like the look. If they are for track then get them. I like the stockers for the street.
Isn't there a place you can get wide stockers?
