It's hard to watch it here if you don't have satellite tv. I'd love to but i'm too mean to buy a decoder and pay for a service that I would barely use

Yes, you could. The only problem is that it wouldn't be that competitive because of its small engine displacement and limited power.
We are waiting for a reply from FIA to run a renny in a prototype formula chassis in the uphill challenges and on track. It should run in the 3000cc category against 500whp monsters, that is the real problem.

By the way you can't swap an engine from a model to another, you can just modify your unit to fit in the right series. As an example the f430 that ran in the gt3 used a smaller dispacement to fit in the series but the block was the same.

BTW, in case you didn't know, they dropped the GT1 group in the ALMS series.
