First Brief Drive:: New Mazda 6
#26
Left foot off of the left pedal please.
Right hand off of the stick please.
Right foot must still be used for now, but we would like to make not using that an option as well.
As soon as we can figure out a way for you not to use your left hand, we will implement that too.
Who manufactures buses again? They ought to have a rockin deal!

After reading all the reviews, the new Mazda6 looks absolutely promising. Not one of them complained about the lack of power. Efficiency, driving dynamics, styling, and quality all received great compliments. Needless to say I want one. I was looking to lease a CX-5 GT, but this is the only thing that's holding me back even though Mazda offers lease trades to another Mazda vehicle. Seems quite pointless to lease a CX-5 for three months and return. Shall I wait?
Though not exactly a complaint, but an area that didn't receive a compliment. The carry over TomTom nav system. None of the reviewers praised about it, and some even criticized about it. I am glad my opinion is shared by others. The lack luster screen and its chintzy plastic bezel is nothing pleasing to look at. It might have worked in the CX-5, but this is the Mazda6. IT CLEARLY STATES THEY BENCHMARKED 3 SERIES, A4, and PASSAT! Mazda did a great job on the interior, but why slack on the info/nav screen of their new flagship?
Having driven the E90's and F30's (as loaners), amongst other well equipped cars. I must say it is aesthetically pleasing and ergonomic not to squint at a nav screen between switching my view from the road to the screen, as these are meant to be daily drivers. I'm not one for giant Lexus GS 12+ inch screen, but what Mazda offers is sub-par.
