GM dealers affected by the closure plans received letters by express mail on Friday morning informing them that the automaker did not see how it could have a "productive business relationship" after 2010.
" Hi. You are going out of business. Best Regards, GM."

Maybe government should issue another bailout for these "under performing" dealerships ?
Hey I mean they wasted like billions of dollars for nothing already. might as well, u know ?

Good backup.
I dropped by the Pontiac dealership to pick up a small part the week they announced the end of Pontiac. I swear, seeing the employees was like watching a bunch of zombies mope around. What a mess. They know what coming.

just found out that a friend of mine who runs a Ford dealership got the news from Chrysler that they're on the list.
This is one of the ONLY Ford dealerships in the state that also has the Jeep franchise.
Now he's scrammbling to figure out what to do with the parts department inventory and the specialized diagnistic tools in the shop.
Also they have a Jeep Master Tech that works for the dealership, I assume he will get very bad news soon.

One step closer to Obama's plan. Socialism!
Lets be bad asses like Europe and government-control major corporations like GM and GE Money bank. I mean if they do it, why shouldn't we?!

I personally think our standard of living is higher. That's just me. Considering how either of us would most likely live a completely different lifestyle if we lived in Europe at our ages. Owning a house and a rx-8 in america at 25 isn't tough. In Europe you'd have to be rich to obtain that same feat.
