I drove one the other week, the handling is terrible and it doesn't accelerate much better than our 300 horse cadillac.

Great value though.

 

pontiac did a wonderful job ripping off bmw's front kidney grill design. just flip it the other way and then call it a pontiac. how original.

 

The G8 is a great Australian designed and Made Car (Apart from Engine)..

However, comparing it to the RX-8 is a little silly really, the G8 or Holden Commodore is a much larger and heavier car and is a 4 door sedan.

As far as fit and finish goes the Mazda is a lot more refined, but, I would imagine the Aussie G8 is better made than most US GM Cars....wait for the flame!..

Also the Camaro will be from the same Holden/Pontiac platform.
