Laser Ignition. No more Spark Plugs.
Well it's "Fire the Laser" time in the Automotive industry.
What do all have to say about this.
If this works the way they describe it would mean more fuel efficient engines. Including the Rotary.
Oh and BHR has been working on this for a while now.

I guess it's good that they're teamed with Ford, maybe Mazda will get an early crack on this!

This would be particularly cool for the rotary with the huge moving combustion chamber. It'll be like Star Wars inside your fricken engine!!

does it use spark plug wires? will this eliminate the need for coils?,
