Man Survives 150 Foot Cliff Plunge in Mazda
Don't try this at home with your RX-8. No mention of exact Mazda. My guess is a Mazda3 due to guy's age. Watched video and no sign of the car, just the lucky guy getting pulled up from almost death. He must have been driving too fast/careless since he was driving on the inside lane going Northbound to SF.

Authorities believe fog and speed may have contributed to...
(09-25) 11:27 PDT MONTARA --
Despite plunging 150 feet over a cliff on Highway 1 at Devil's Slide, a San Francisco man escaped with only minor head injuries today because he was wearing his seat belt and the car miraculously landed on its wheels, police said.
The 24-year-old motorist told authorities that he was driving in a Mazda sedan in dense fog, headed north to San Francisco, when he missed a turn and drove over the side of the cliff at 4:10 a.m.
He used his cell phone to call 911, but rescue crews with the California Highway Patrol, San Mateo County and Cal Fire had trouble locating him because of the fog.
After 45 minutes, they finally reached him by rappelling off the cliff. The man was pulled up in a protective cage and suffered only a bump to the head, said CHP Sgt. Trent Cross. His name was not released.
"He did what he was supposed to do, he wore his seat belt," Cross said. "This incident clearly shows how effective seat belts are. If he hadn't been wearing it, there is no doubt it would have been fatal."
The man was taken to San Francisco General Hospital for observation. "There was nothing visible besides the bump on his head," Cross said.
The road was closed for two hours in both directions but has since reopened.
