I don't think four banger turbo + auto tranny + long term towing is a good idea. But you never know.

And the Tribute/Escape can be outfitted to tow 3500lbs- which should be a good idea of what this will probably be designed for. The weak spot os the tranny though.

This is something I missed earlier. I was really hoping for a RWD model, I don't like paying more for AWD when all I want is an entertaining drive. AWD weighs more too. Oh well.......

They also eat more gas, but maybe the six-speed tranny will help recover some of that loss.
