MAZDA FACTORY Japan Private Tour 2017
Probably THE BEST Video from NHK TV (Japan) showing Mazda Hiroshima Japan vehicle production facilities, the paint shop plus rare footage of Skyactiv Engine Assembly and how every human SOP is monitored for each and every Skyactiv Engine via it's Serial Number to make certain all user tasks are performed precisely and every correct Spare Part is monitored, installed and scheduled for records with Dealer Global-EPC and assigned vehicle statistics and buyer/owner requests

Worth pointing out that during each and every vehicles assembly point from the very start to roll off ending and track testing every part is bar coded (part number) scanned for correct parts and exactly what has been installed and exactly by which worker, including the very important fluid assignment like coolant, brake fluids, gasoline and lubricating oils.
Including traceable parts from every Mazda vendor in the event of warranty or recall action initiated.
For those owners who asked me how Mazda knew what parts were installed and when and by whom.
Accountability is therefore monitored and corrected very fast for those plant employees who have morning sickness.
Quality Control (QC) does exist at MMC Japan.

The Mazda Exec. officer gives lip service to continuing the rotary engine, but will it just be a hybrid range extender ? Thanks for posting this ASH8.
This was first published in June of this year from what I can find out on youtube.

Really cool. I did the factory tour about a year and a half ago, but this was alot more than I got to see.
I have to say however, the voice dubbing is atrocious. They should have picked a more believable voice, or just used his actual voice and used subtitles.
