I'm not. Most people don't know what it is, even die hard rotary fans.
13A? Surely you mean 13B! 13A wasn't a thing they will say...
Again, good luck once the engine lets go. 10A parts are hard to find, but 13A parts are freaking impossible.
Would that stop me from buying one if I had the cash and space? Absolutely not.

Yeh, it was surprisingly fun,
,
bought it with a engine issue which was easily fixed, they have a engine driven vacuum pump fro the semi auto transmission which creates oil blow-by if its malfunctioning
drove it about 15000K,
my girlfriend at the time drove it to work for a about a year,
once we learn how to start it and drive it" Properly " it was fine,
and reliable ( Like rx8's funnily enough had big problems with flooding)
Despite the tiny 10A size motor it was quite driveable in highways at 100kph, the boat like handing is hard to get used too ,
but fine once its understood.
Sold it to an engineer who unfortunately didn't understand my detailed written notes on how to operate the car,
and he had huge flooding problems with it ( we used ford flat head v8 plugs to start it if it had flooded,)
