The upcoming 5.0 Mustang GT sounds pretty sweet.
I prefer the new 3.7 Mustang V6 over the 05 Mustang GT - handles better, better mpg, and almost as fast.

As an American I have to say it is very NICE to see Ford getting rid of their tired old engine designs and coming out with something decent.

The new 3.7 V6 will transform all those "sorta" mustangs on the rental lots to legitimately fun cars, I think a lot of people will rent them and say "damn this is pretty nice for just a V6" Ford is stepping up. Ford/Mazda really needed this engine for their vehicles.

And then 412hp out of a STOCK V-8 is finally where the GT trim needs to be

Also like the little 2.0L "ecoboost" engines they're putting into everything

I've driven a '07 California Special Mustang, it's like the thing uses tofu for suspension. Handling is vague at best.

^ that was the case even i hated em until i drove the 2010 model and theyre actually pretty descent definitely not as good as out 8s but i think theyre finally descent and acceptable from a handling standpoint ... its a BIG difference over the last gen trust me on that one
