Wald International has updated its styling kit for the Lexus IS-F, which in itself was pretty awesome to look at in the first place. Previously shown in a very aggressive tone back in June, the Wald-style was authoritative yet Lexus still in its approach.

New pictures are out now, showing some changes. The new look is more agro, with larger front intakes, wider side-sills which flow to the rear skirt, dual lower splitter and the usual Wald shark-gill extractor vents placed behind the rear wheels.

Rear diffusers have become commonplace and Wald did not take the road less traveled as far as this is concerned. A diffuser puts balance between the four rather cozily-coupled tailpipes and acts as downforce agent along side the rear wing.

The car keeps its 5.0-litre V8 which is mated with an 8-speed paddleshift gearbox, and produces 417 bhp/ 311kW.

 

She's still sexy, her front surgery came out better than her rear IMHO, but as a whole they both compliment her profile.

the front end looks beautiful, can't say exactly the same for the rear. but its still a damn goood looking body. she still looks sexxy!

 

i like the rear but never got use to the fake quad exhaust setup..

You hit it on the nose.....looks good, then again something is off about it.

IMO the 5 Axis Lexus IF is more appealing to look at, than the Wald Lexus.

The front is way to busy and bulky for my liking, looks like its plowing snow.

 

i agree also. i think this car in black wouuld been better. because i feel lots of parts on this this car was overly done .

 

The kit is too extreme for this car, it looks like it would belong on a compact car, not a luxury car. The 5 axis kit looks more functional and it look like it came from factory than the wald kit.

Does this car have airbags on it? The first pic the rims are almost in the wheel well, the side shot the car looks lowered but not as extreme.

 

Swap out those stacked fake exhaust tips for genuine single tips (or at least paint them black), fill in the side intakes on the front clip and I would be content. Kind of like the black painted rear spoiler part. It breaks up the tall *** and looks unique. I also like the extreme hood bulge which represents power.

seems like they just slapped a bunch of mercedes and bmw lookalike parts on it.. too much stuff does not look it it should be on this luxury car like hella holes (vents)! they might as well just release an actual sports car instead.

That black (or CF?) rear spoiler makes it look too busy back there. Dump that entire rear spoiler and the rear gets high marks from me.
